Embracing connection for your community.

Igniting sustainable human connection in educational and community settings is more vital than ever.

Whether you're a school leader, educator, or community organiser, creating environments where people feel valued, connected, and empowered to contribute is essential for success.

My work focuses on building sustainable relationships, cultivating a sense of belonging, and finding deeper meaning in everyday interactions.

You can strengthen your community and create lasting positive change.

Who am I? I am a…

Writer

I write about the power of connection and curiosity in education. Alongside my books, my work has been featured by Australian Educational Leader (AEL) and Edutopia, exploring how schools can foster cultures of belonging and creativity. Through my writing, I aim to spark reflection and provide practical frameworks for educators building connected communities.

Speaker

I’ve shared ideas with educators across Australia, from national conferences to local leadership forums, focusing on connection, curiosity, and wellbeing in schools. My sessions combine research, real stories, and practical tools to help leaders and teachers build cultures of care.

Leader

Over the past 15 years in education, I’ve had the privilege of leading teams, programs, and whole-school initiatives that centre on connection and curiosity. Leadership, to me, isn’t about authority; it’s about service and helping others see possibility, cultivating shared purpose, and guiding teams to turn vision into meaningful change.

Learner

Curiosity drives everything I do. I’m constantly learning from research, reflection, and the educators I collaborate with. Learning, for me, is not a phase of life but a way of living: reading widely, experimenting with new ideas, and being open to feedback and change. There is always more to learn.

Each of these roles connects through one purpose: helping people and schools build cultures where curiosity and connection thrive. If my work resonates with your school or community, I’d love to connect and start a conversation.
